Dr. Rebecca G. Piltch is a native of Redwood City, CA. While still very young, she moved to Oregon with her famly and then
settled in Northern New York where she grew up.
She completed undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she graduated with a B.S. High Honors
in Biology. After working in a Neurophysiology laboratory for a year, she attended Washington University School of Medicine
in St. Louis, MO where she earned her M.D. This was followed by Pediatric Residency at Children's Hospital of Michigan/Wayne
State University in Detroit and Allergy Immunology Fellowship at Duke in Durham, NC.
After completing her training, Dr. Piltch returned to the Bay Area. She has practiced in a number of settings (Kaiser
and private practice) before founding Rebecca G. Piltch, M.D., Inc.
